choose audio output inside opera
I use my computer both for desktop usage and watching movies on my tv, that is i have it connected to two different screens. I also have two audio cards, one for speakers beside the desktop monitor and one for my digital receivers surround system when watching movies. I mainly use opera when i'm at the desk and then I use the monitor speakers, but because of the video playback software (in my case VLC) I always have to change the standard playback device in windows control panel. In other programs I use for audio playback, like winamp and the DAW's I use I can choose which audio device to use for playback and then it overrides the windows default. I'd love that function in opera.Actually I'd rather like to see that supported by the OS (some way to connect input streams - apps that is - and output streams - eg. pc speakers, soundbar, ...) ... but i guess we could wait quite some time for that :/
