Is Google Blocking Opera? Site preferences disabled on Gmail Login Page

Just found this out today when attempting to solve the slow loading of gmail in Opera 11.60 or Next Builds. I attempted to change the UA to see if maybe Google is looking for Opera Browser visiting its page and found this:

Works fine here on build 1155.
Maybe it's an UI bug, just like when the "UserJS over HTTPS" dialog sometimes has disabled buttons until you switch tabs?

nope tested on at least 10 different sites (non google) try build 1163 for opera 11.60

Don't see this problem here on Opera 12 build 1155.

Lastest Opera Developer Build @ Windows 8.1 Pro X64

You can't edit the site preferences when you're in a private tab.

That is the way Opera operates in the private mode . it is normal ,since no perfs are saved for private pages that section is disabled wink
