What quick reply does is to reply to the sender only despite of the cc'ed receiptants ?
Hi All,As per subject line, so that quick reply is merely a "quick private talk" to the sender (when a situation that a specific email has also many other receiptants in the cc'ed)
Is that what the original idea Opera came from & introduce this quick reply box at bottom ?

In 11.60+, the quick reply field has a drop-down above it so you can set who to reply to including "reply all" and "list".
