Have just switched from Firefox to Opera and cannot login to Racingpost.com

I've imported all bookmarks, but cannot import passwords or history ( think this is true for all )

When logging in to this website, normally a flash window opens and it prompts you for username and password
In Opera 11, there's a small bar where the password window should be which shows it's about to load, and then nothing.

Any ideas ?

I can't log in as I'm not a member. But clicking on Racing Post Log in or Register I see the following.

Yeah, that's not appearing. I get a small bar with ' chevrons ' that should expand into that window, but nothing appears.

All I can suggest is to make sure your java and flash plugins are up to date.
If they are disable any extensions you may have installed.

I only have Opera Ad Block, and via " Edit Site Preferences " allowed pop-ups etc. Still didn't work.

I have now and the page works as normal - thanks.

Have to say that's really stupid. Thought it would be more advanced extension than that. Is there an alternative ?

I don't use any extensions. I find the inbuilt content blocker in Opera sufficient enough.
