The list is long. A couple of quick ones, navigation. To go back, hold the right mouse button down and click the left mouse button. To go forward, hold the left mouse button down, then click the right mouse button. Simple, but amazing. I WISH there was some sort of hack to implement this into just the file explorer system of Windows. This is one of the reasons I can't use any other browser. (works with a lot of forum software too to go through threads)
Opera Link. Yeah, it syncs your bookmarks and blah blah, but NOTES! I keep tons of notes. I want to write something down, I just make a note and it's instantly saved. I can then access it from anywhere. Even if I'm not using Opera, I can access it through the Opera Link webpage from any browser if need to.
