Opera 11.11 is the last version of Opera to be compatible with Intel-based Mac OS X 10.4.
Download it here-

Have a nice time with your old Mac - old is gold.
Using Opera 11.11 means you can still enjoy all normal extensions (no Speed Dial extensions) currently available at the Opera Extensions catalog; although cookie-based features (present in some extensions) won't work.

Firefox 3.6 is the last Mac OS X 10.4-compatible Firefox release. Firefox 3.6 is really bad at support for the current web standards - Opera 11.11 is still quite better.
I don't think any version of Chrome older than Chrome 6.0 supported Mac OS X 10.4? I don't remember Chrome's past before Chrome 6.
