I don't use extensions, so just a guess. In case the proxy is a secure one try to enable User JavaScript on HTTPS in opera:config. (hazarding the consequences)
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.
It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle: when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.

Did you even bothered to try and see if it helps?
What exactly should Opera fix? Either you allow scripts on secure servers or you don't and the scripts can't run/work.

I checked it, it does NOT fix the problem, Tried extension Opera Adblock! This must be problem with Opera's implementation of handling proxy servers, Because unite is also not accessible while using proxy server!

Thanks for clarifying. In this case it is Opera's fault and it should be fixed.
As mentioned before I don't use any Opera UserScript/extension (not even for testing) and for sure never will as long as you have to enable JavaScript globally therefore.
