Unable to post comments
I have been having a problem posting comments to telegraph.co.uk using Opera 11.52 on a winXP machine. I am able to log in to the site but the comment box fails to initiate. I have re-installed the java runtime and emptied Opera's cache and run several virus/malware scans with no results. I have no trouble posting on the same site using my Linux machine. Any suggestions?If both Opera setups are the same on either machine I would ask do you run an anti virus program on your Windows machine but not on your Linux machine? If so maybe the issue is there.

Are you using Opera content blocker or maybe an extension that is similar?
If either disable it and see if it works.

Thanks for your help Luxor. I finally found the problem. I had the windows Opera set to ' Accept cookies only from the site I visit ' and telegraph.co.uk uses Disqus so I expect they use their own cookies. Set it to simply accept cookies and we were up and running...so problem solved. Thanks again.
