Opera Turbo is a proxy service operated for Opera users by Opera on its servers. When you use it to browse to a website, your browsing commands are routed through Opera's servers, as are all the website's replies back to you. Turbo compresses the webpage graphics to reduce the bandwidth needed to display a rendition of the website page, so that browsing is faster on slow Internet connections. Certain Turbo users have experienced problems such as yours that ended up only being "solved" by not using Turbo, as noted in some of the following topics that are just a sample of the many obtained from Opera's "Advanced Search" of all Opera forums using "turbo garbage page" as a search term:

From what I've observed, there seem to be no guaranteed alternative "fixes" for this problem, though I encourage you to browse through some of these (and other) forum topics resulting from the search to see if there's a suggestion offered that you can try which solves this for you. The garbage seems to involve compressed page data that fails to be correctly uncompressed (which, of course, often involves Turbo, since it uses compression).
Opera 12.14u (1738), 11.52 (1100) & 10.63 (3576) running on various Windows systems from Win7-64 down through KernelEx4-modified Win98FE (proof that reports of Win98's demise are greatly exaggerated).
