All versions of opera,flash,and windows same problem for years now
i changed my hw configuration several times but stillfull screen video stops loading and video controls flickering when hower cant click
when minimized everything works but video using 100% cpu
megavideo,videobb,gorillavid,putlocker,.......xhamsters,pornhub,......
all possible sites on the "www" except youtube
other browsers don't have that problem
i am big fan of opera pls fix it i'm using opera since march 2007 when i got internet

I can only agree. Flash is the bain of computer users, I wish it would be abolished! Funnily enough I too find that YouTube usually seems OK.
That's what I can't understand - the inconsistency of the problems. I can go on one site with Flash adverts and it's rendered almost unuseable, another site with the same Flash advert works OK. BBC iPlayer now hopeless due to 'freeze frame' mode, can now only see BBC in situ video if I run Opera as Administrator not User (same also with FF 8 - but not with IE 8!). YouTube? No problems.
I can't really offer much help, you don't say which versions you are using, but you could start by possibly downgrading Flash to v10
if you are on v11.
