No one from Opera development seems to read or care about the forums. There is no legitimate support for this browser. As a long-time Opera user and enthusiast, I am incredibly disappointed in how unprofessionally the Opera Team operates.
No one seems to be paying any attention to quality control. No one seems to be paying any attention to user problems. No one seems to really know what they are doing. I am afraid the Opera browser will quickly become irrelevant due to lack a of professionalism and quality control from the developers.
There is no user guide that actually addresses any of the problems that many people have with Opera Link. The user guide for Opera Portal is pathetically inadequate to address problems. There is no support other than this user forum. That is so ridiculously amateurish that I can't believe the browser has actually survived and continues to even work.
I'll bet nobody who actually develops the Opera Browser even reads this post. Or maybe they are just too embarrassed to admit they are responsible for this incredible failure.

This is a user-to-user forum.
While the developers do read them and post at times, everyone else is a user just like you.
You might want to acquaint yourself with the Forum rules before you post.
This is in the wrong forum for a start as this belongs in the My Opera: Feedback, questions and discussions forum.
You will find that people here are quite willing to give their time to help, but people who rant tend to get ignored.
