[BUG] Menu MOD doesn't work as expected

Hi

I just discovered a very weird bug while editing my menu.ini file

I was trying to add an item to the [Document Popup menu] that opens a list of the current page's blocked content, so I added this string:

Item, D_PREFS_BLOCKED_CONTENT = Content block details

That it's correct, but doesn't work if you add it in the [Document Popup menu], while properly works in other menus like the O menu, tools, and so on.

So, please fix this bug smile

PS
I don't know if developers read this forum... If they don't please tell me so I can contact them

I think this forum is more appropriate:Customizing Opera You could hook into this topic:Customizing the [Document Popup Menu]
or this:Ini file tweaking

Works perfectly here. What do you mean by "doesn't work"? You can't see the menu entry in the menu or you can see it, but nothing happens when you click on it? What OS are you using? Which Opera version? Please try to be precise.

BTW: This command is NOT for showing just "the current page's blocked content" ... I'm sure you know what it shows, but I wonder why you emphasized "current page"

No, as I say that command doesn't work as expected

It should show you ONLY the filters applied on the active page (i.e. the same list that you see when click on the Details... button while you're in Content block mode) and you can see this by adding that command in the O menu (where it works right)

However I'm using Opera 11.52 on Win7 ... and this is a BUG so I want only inform developers about it

To start with: Opera uses this command only in the Tools/Advanced menu (and with a ",1" modifier!) , where it shows the contents of all blocked URLs. Does it? Fine, then it's not a bug. If you change the command (you omitted the modifier) or use the command in a different menu, it might or might not work. It's not how Opera intended it to be used, so don't expect it to do what you think it should do. And don't blame Opera when it doesn't.

Here is what happens on my machine: Without the modifier (= exactly as you cited the command in your first post), it produces a blank list in Tools and in O menu, a list of all URLs when I put the command into the Document Popup Menu. However when I'm in Content block mode, Tools and in O menu show the blocked content of the active page and the Document Popup Menu is not available.
With the modifier the command always shows a list of all blocked URLs.
Bottomline: The command never shows the blocked content of only the active page unless I'm in Content block mode (where of course I could as well push the "Details" button).

This works for me. Shows a list of filtered URLs only for the active page:
[Document Popup Menu]
.
Item, "Blocked on current page..." = Content block mode on & Content block mode off & Content block details,0

So here we have another case where Opera doesn't work as expected. I didn't expect it to work at all, but it does. The content block mode doesn't go on/off (at least not visibly) and only the details list is shown. You may call it a bug, I call it luck. Above code will not work on all machines. Depending on processing speed Opera will not process the last command before finishing the first one, but will go into content block mode....as expected
