Yahoo mail gives error when trying to view mail
Yeah, another yahoo topic...When I open my inbox and click to open message I get just an empty message view with and OK button on top. When I click that ok button I get this error message:
"Sorry for the inconvenience.
We're sorry, but Yahoo! Mail has encountered a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our Help pages for ways you might be able to fix the issue yourself (Temporary Error 8).

I have followed the instruction on the yahoo site which obviously did nothing...
I'm using the older version of the mail site because the new one lacks some basic functionality and doesn't allow to even open messages in new tabs by center clicking. Technically the newer version of the site works but I don't want to use it because it it's worse.
I've tried deleting cookies and cache but to no effect. Sometimes the yahoo site allows me to view one message and then does that error and sometimes it just gives that error straight away. I don't recall making any changes to cause that to happen...
Any ideas how to make this work again?
I think I actually solved it. The site originall complained about my javascript not being on. So I went and turned it off (LOL) and now it seems to work. Also tried different url (http://us.mc598.mail.yahoo.com/mc/welcome) which forces the old page back. I'll report back if the error comes back...
