address bar dropdown button *where is it*?

Where is the browser address bar dropdown button on Opera 11.60 beta. I think that's the name of it ... it's the bar where you type in a web address and click go and if I want to go to a previous input sites, we click the little arrow or star at the end of the bar and it will drop down a list of previous address's used. How to I get it back like it was in Opera 11.11 and before.

Thanks in advance

It seems that you didn't installed Opera 11.5x.

Go to opera:config, look for "Show Dropdown Button In Addressfield" and enable it.

Go to opera:config

I been using Opera long before 962 where i stopped there until 11.11 came out, but I barely used it. I still use 962 right now. The only thing that won me over was the keep-alive ***dropdown*** find panel until you close the browser in 11.60 beta. This is true. Kind of funny but that was why I never upgrade for nearly an entire decade. That one tiny thing was all I was waiting for, so I kelp the old Netscape 9.0.0.6 (and no firefox) for life just becasue of that. Now Firefox has it, but it still ain't no Opera and it was worth the wait. Anyway, the few times I accidently open opera:config I thought it was only a list. It might solve another final problem than I see, if not, I'll be back before QUANTUM arrive this round.

Thanks a ton LeoCG for ...

Same for me
When several years ago I was choosing new web browser to replace IE - I tried Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari, each for one week.
I don't remember why I refused from FF and Safari but I do remember why I refused from Chrome - because it didn't have button in adress bar with drop-down list of previously typed-in sites (does Chrome have it now?)
This drop-down list is like quick history for me - very important and frequently used interface element. Many thanks, LeoCG
