Blacklist a font
Is it possible to blacklist a font? I'd like to be able to stop Opera from ever using any of the Segoe fonts. The fonts used by Opera are set in Preferences, Fonts. There is no way to blacklist a font — if you don't like it, then don't use it.
Segoe is a system font AFAIK, so I would not recommend uninstalling it, though I guess you could try copying it from Windows Fonts to a backup folder first, and then see if uninstalling it causes any problems in Word or other programs that you use.

Segoe UI is used on Vista/7 for UI elements, it would probably stop you removing it (as it's in use) and removing it by sideways means (e.g. booting to Linux) would likely cause major headaches.
As Pesala said you can configure Opera so that it's not any of Opera's default fonts, but if a site chooses use those fonts blocking that would be far far trickier.

Segoe is not a system font on XP so removing it wouldn't be a problem except that another program I use won't run without it.
