Hello,for phishing preventing:
Warn user if the link text is an url and does not match the href url
e.g.:
warn user:
<a href="h t t p : / / w w w . a m a z o n . d e . m y p h i s h i n g / r e n e w A c c o u n t . h t m l">h t t p : / / w w w . a m a z o n . d e / r e n e w A c o u n t . h t m l</a>
no not warn user:
... click <a href="h t t p : / / w w w . a m a z o n . d e . m y p h i s h i n g / r e n e w A c c o u n t . h t m l">here</a> to ...
This would prevent some account phishing attacks very easily.

P.S.: Please ignore SPACES, the wysiwyg editor always transformed them into links.
-1, we already have phishing protection in Opera. Also this is not an accurate way to warn a user.
