Work with SOCKS & PROXY at same time (thought pac file)

It's already possible.
Opera 11.52 has a bug so Pac files will not work with it. Though the bug has been fixed in Opera 12.00 snapshots and merged into Opera 11.60 snapshots.
So if you want to use PAC file download and test any of the following-
Opera 11.60 latest snapshot-
http://snapshot.opera.com/11.60_windows.html

Opera 12.00 latest snapshot-
http://snapshot.opera.com/windows/latest

1. Press Alt + P.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Click the 'Network' category from the left side.
4. Click Proxy servers.
Now you can choose which configuration to use.
