[1174] Tab Bar Plus Button Not Shown

I have my Tab Bar positioned at the bottom with the Add Tab button to the right of the Menu button, which is at the left edge. With 1174 the Plus button is not shown when the Tab Bar is collapse [default way]; when I double click on the upper edge of the Tab Bar to open it up for thumbnails the Plus button appears, so it is there.

PS: I would have liked to insert two screencaps to illustrate this, but the second did not upload [server timed out at 75% for a 40 KB PNG]. The other doesn't appear when I insert it into this post [and click Preview].

[1191] still has this bug.

If I move the mouse over the area where the button should be and just touch the Menu button [to the left of the Plus] the Add Tab button appears - and vanishes again when the Menu button is left.

[1213] still the same bug.

I also noticed another, possibly connected one: When I have the Tab Bar fully extended - that is, all open pages' thumbnails fully visible - the Menu button is at the top of the bar. When I then try to click it, the Menu button jumps down to the bottom and goes back to the top, when the cursor leaves the clicking area.
