Mouse scroll speed setting
The default mouse scroll speed is entirely too fast. There needs to be a setting to adjust the speed.Adjusting the mouse hardware/software settings is not a viable solution; adjusting the mouse hardware/software to create an acceptable scroll speed in Opera creates problems in every other program.
This is the only reason I do not use Opera on a regular basis. This is not a new or rare request, and I fail to see the difficulty in creating a customizable option for it.
A plug in or toggle switch ... anything, please.
