opera11.51のスピードダイアル（バグ？）

スピードダイアルに登録しているあるサイトを、ある時間帯に自動更新しているのがあるのですが、その時間帯が明らかに過ぎているのにその通りになっていないようです。バグなのでしょうか？

この問題、最新版でも発生しますか。
開発中の Opera 11.60 RC で生じなければ修正済みになります。
