Opera 11.60 build 1181: Release Candidate 1 is here
Time to prepare for the grand release of Opera 11.60, the last major version of Opera to be released in 2011 - as the first Release Candidate is here. Please only report critical issues and regressions from Opera 11.52 now. For non-critical issues and minor glitches, post them for the next Wahoo snapshot. As usual, this build contains fixes for both Mail and browser and also has Flash improvements - an issue when the Flash video keeps playing after closing the tab is now fixed.
Though the most significant change in this build is that the native skin also called Windows native skin is now removed. It is currently unknown whether the native skin would return in any future Opera versions or not.

I used to have problems with the two new "palettes" there (what used to be the View menu), but it seems to be okay in the recent snapshots. These palettes are apparently supposed to stay open until you click somewhere else (so that you could make more than one selection), but for me they'd stay open forever - and Opera would crash when you closed it if a palette was still open. But in Windows they appear to have fixed it already (haven't checked in Linux yet)...
