Slower smooth scroll (pixel-by-pixel) ?
On Windows if I set 'smooth scrolling' option, then starting scrolling with middle mouse click I can set the scrolling speed precisely. I can even set it so slow to scroll 1 pixel every second.While on linux, this is not possible, the slowest scroll is way too fast for reading. How can I set slower scrolls like on Windows?
