What's the difference between "Reflow Delay Load" and "Update Delay"
in opera:configthere is a "Reflow Delay Load" under "Performance", which reads "Determines how often, in milliseconds, we aim to reflow the document while loading".
and there is also a "Update Delay" under "User Prefs", which reads "Delay between reflows in milliseconds".
What's the difference?
