Why did my bookmarks disappear AGAIN
Honestly, I like Opera but I'm going to stop using it. You keep upgrading without my permission and every single time you do all of the bookmarks are gone.WHY?????????????

My bookmarks never disappear when I upgrade, and that is the case for most users. If you search the forums you will find a few threads by other users with the same problem as you. If you can figure out what you're doing that is different to most of us, then you can fix the problem.
You already gave Opera your permission to upgrade — autoupdate is on by default. The setting is in Preferences, Security. If you don't upgrade regularly, then you leave yourself open to exploits, and miss out on bug fixes. The choice is yours, but you must opt out.
