Browser loads css improperly
I am using Opera 11.52 with windows 7. When i open my website, i notice that the website is loaded as if there isnt any css- then shortly after, the styling 'comes on' and the page looks okay. The same happens every time i click a link on the website. Any one know why this could be happening and any solution?First, download the Opera installer and use the "standalone installation" option (change the install path first so you can select it) to install to a folder on your desktop. Test in that Opera to see if you still see the problem.

You tested without customizing that Opera (changing default settings, turning on turbo, installing extensions etc.), correct?
Do you have an example site (yours) that this happens on?
Do you have any anti-virus/spyware/malware software that has a web shield/scanner?
