Attach dragonfly to child page windows, not to main Opera window
Therefore you will see dragonfly only when page you debugging is active. It is done this way in Chrome and AFAIR in Firefox.Currently when you switch to another page in Opera then dragonfly is still visible and only wastes screen space.
