They're not hidden for me. Are you using a different skin or something? Does this happen with all feeds or just a particular one?

I tested with new messages.
It's supposed to only show "Full article" now. Opera was changed to do so. It shouldn't show the full link anymore. The download link should now be towards the top and say "Download". Both those texts should show next to their buttons (well images) without having to hover over them.

Nope, downloaded and tried it with USB version of Opera 11.60 and it only shows the buttons, no text next to 'em. Same thing with all the feeds I tried.
What OS, OS theme and colors are you using? I'm on Win7 with default theme and colors etc.
Maybe the css in the feed message is overriding some of Opera's default styles.

My husband found a way.
Search for the file feed.css (Opera->styles) and delete the line
Save and restart Opera.
Sorry, I am German...

Search for the file feed.css (Opera->styles) and delete the line
ul.feedEntryAlternateLinks li a { content: -o-language-string(S_NEWSFEED_ALTERNATE_LINKS_HEADER_SINGULAR); } or, better way, deactivate the line with a /*in line before and
*/in line after.
Save and restart Opera.

Thanks.
And, you can comment out the one after that to make the download link show as text:
/*ul.feedEntryAlternateLinks li a { content: -o-language-string(S_NEWSFEED_ALTERNATE_LINKS_HEADER_SINGULAR); }*/
/*ul.feedEntryEnclosureLinks li a { content: -o-language-string(S_NEWSFEED_ENCLOSURE_LINKS_HEADER_SINGULAR); }*/
If that style change works, it means you are using a language file that does not have these strings.
