Cannot change skin color- Have read for hours in forums-

It does not matter which skin I install the toolbar and all the buttons, plus the entire border stays the same (grey). The only thing that changes is the fonts and the layout of the buttons.

Any ideas how to change it?

Changing the colour scheme is not supposed to change the colour of the buttons — only the toolbar background. Try other skins if you want some colour.

It sounds like he is trying other skins, but they're all coming up gray because he's on 'system color scheme' (which does change a lot of the button colors for me on some skins and makes everything gray).

...

Right click on any toolbar, then go to Customize>Appearance, and then the Skins tab.
Down at the bottom, switch the color scheme to 'none' if it is not set to that already.

Nope all that does is make the content change color in the main window. The "Frame" itself does not change color, regardles of the skin I use.

Any ways I am having tons of more important problems with this browser. It does not load pages well, it does not recohgnize buttons, ie. the Compose button in Gmail. It does not seem to know what to do with email clients when email opens, it has issues opening logmein.
Other than that its a fine browser.....hahahahaha

I am going to give it a little more time (I have been at it off and on since 2007) and see if these problems can be solved, if not I will give it another year before coming back to it.

Still I am not impressed.
