Screens not displaying correctly all "sqished tight"

Just had to do a fresh install of Win7Professional 64bit and then installed Opera Next v12

Now when I go to some sites ( Microsoft Biz Spark and Torrent Day) both of which I need to login into and then the issues shows up.
I get the screen like below: After the below image is my ABOUT Opera info.
