Strange error message related to bookmarks

Hi,

Opera has been asking me, for time to time, the following:

Cannot save file to C:\Users\Cathal\AppData\Roaming\Opera\Opera\bookmarks.adr. Try Again/Cancel.

It does it when I open Opera or when I save a new bookmark.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
