Updating 11.5x Opera@USB to standard Opera 11.6 installer's "Stand-alone installation (USB)"

If I update an existing 11.5x Opera@USB (opera-usb.com/) installation to the standard Opera 11.60 installer's "Stand-alone installation (USB)", will there be any issues? (Will it work the same if I have updated Opera@USB to its normal Opera@USB installer?)

Can I still run my portable Opera side-by-side with a normally installed Opera without any issues?

I don't know about Opera@USB. Haven't used it in a long time since standard Opera now has it's own USB/Stand alone installation option.

However, you can run a normally installed Opera along side a portable(standalone) installation with no problem. I have a standard install which I use that has a my normal general tabs. Then I have several stand alone folders with installs on my Desktop that are set with specific tabs. I have OperaTech that opens with tabs with just tech sites. I have OperaRetro which has all my retro game/computer sites. I have OperaNews which has just all news site tabs.

They can run at the same time with no problem too. It's sort of like tab stacking to the extreme I guess.

This is good to know. I currently just updated my 11.5x Opera@USB installation to the regular Opera 11.60 installer's Stand-alone installation (USB) mode. I hope there are no issues.
