There's mail.css, mime.css and webfeeds.html in the ui folder in Opera's program files folder. There's also the skin.
Not sure which one of those you need to mess with. Also not 100% changing things will work now. You'll have to try or maybe someone who knows will post.

It might be in the skin. Copy standard_skin.zip from the 11.52 installer, rename it to standard_skin_1152.zip, place it in the skin folder in the program files folder for 11.60, restart 11.60, goto "shift + F12 -> skin" and select the other Opera Standard skin.
If something you wanted changed is now changed to how you like it, it means you need to edit the 11.60 skin to fix it.

There is no ui folder in my installation. this appears to have been removed, or at least not present in a linux install
Look at the Mouse Configuration path. That should tell you where to look. Can't check on linux right to confirm though. The files you're looking for have to be somewhere.
