change default fonts settings
every release of Opera always set default international font for Thai as Angsana Newand default font for Webpage normal text as Times New Roman
which are affect text on web to be too small (and some case I was found, text are unreadable at all.)

and this is when I change default font to Tahoma (so Segoe UI is quite OK):
I know that Users can change these settings manually, but afaik many users don't want to play around settings, and many user don't even know they can change these settings
