fit to screen width on tablet

having issue with fit to screen width. The Opera standard setting shows pretty wide bars left and right. when opening certain webpages. e.g. netbooknews.com Changing the zoom level does not effect these pages. I'm using a Opera Mobile 11.5 on a TF101 with Honeycomb 3.2.1.
The honeycomb std. browser opens these pages with barely no bars at all.
Is there a way to improve this behavior?

I have experienced the same kind of problems with my Asus Eee Pad Transformer. Choosing different zoom-level is not such a good idea. "Expand to width" seems like a good option to have.
