Message thread messup up

Somehow the show thread function shows the thread mixed up with messages that have nothing to do with it.

Is it still possible to let Opere re-index everything by deleting the lexicon folder?

That only rebuilds the search index, not the regular index. You can't delete the other indexer files without messing everything up.

You can try <http://my.opera.com/operawiki/forums/topic.dml?id=1132182>. If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to do <http://my.opera.com/operawiki/forums/topic.dml?id=1162442>.

Thx, your first suggestion didn't help.
Renaming the lexicon folder didn't help either.

Your 2nd suggestion, I think I did that some years ago, although I'm not sure if I didn't use the Import from opera mail wizard.

Strangely looking into some raw mail: I have thse 2 first lines:
From info@xx-xxx.com Fri Aug 1 17:18:04 2008 9193
X-Opera-Status: 0500000000000023e94893454c000079f508000c81000079f50000000000000003000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
while the actual date in the mail is from 2 nov 2007.

In most mail the dates are similar.

Have you any idea what's wrong?

The "import from opera" wizard will duplicate any corruption in the source mail folder, so that wizard usually doesn't help fix things.

Not sure if that matters. The actually "Date:" header is what Opera goes by in the UI, none of the other dates.

Not really. Are these threads from message lists?
