Hi all,

The pop ip alert was so fast so I could remember only part of it.........
link_queue myopera. dat is corrupted is unreadable. Please run chk disk.....etc....etc.
I went check the sync was off, I turn it back on, the error has appeared again.

I wanna know if this error message only against to sync issue & not affect my daily routine work on picking up emails ?

Thanks a lot.

If you're being asked to run chkdsk, then the File Allocation Table for your hard drive is corrupted, and needs to be fixed. Run "chkdsk/f" to fix any errors.

Disk corruption can happen when a hard drive is getting old and beginning to fail, or just because of a sudden power failure.

Thanks Pesala,

Mine is on a Thumb drive(I installed Opera on my USB drive)
This is to why I wrote this topic to see if any other "reason" or "clew" to the error message.

Wand.dat = corrupt
Link_myopera = corrupt

Just wanna see other than chkdsk is there other method.

Thank you
