problem with mail and news encoding

Hello!
We have a problem with mail and news encoding in the last Opera 11.60 (there wasn't such a problem in previous versions).
So while in mail or news reader, go to menu Opera/Page/Encoding and try to choose any instance.
Nothing happens, only blinks, then go to that menu again and see, that the same item is selected as was earlier, in my case Cyrillic/Automatic detection is always selected and I can't change that sad
The problem exists on both Win7 and Linux.

I can confirm that it doesn't change. If it worked before, then it's a bug. Not sure if it's known. Please file a report and mention the bug number here (minuse the @...). Thanks.

It's stuck at automatic selection. I can't override it.
