Acoustic signals for IRC events

I'd like to get notified with sound if I was "highlighted" in an IRC discussion (my nickname was mentioned in a text line, especially at the beginning).

+1 always when this happens, I can be doing something and how there aren't nothing paying my attention really, I only see if there is any new when I check the chat tab.
