Alt-PGUP and Alt-PGDN in M2
Thank you for a terrific product.Currently in M2, alt-up and alt-down scroll the currently previewed e-mail line by line. It would be very helpful to add alt-PGup and alt-PGdn to scroll the currently previewed e-mail page by page.

I don't understand why you want to use the Alt key at all.
Up/Down scroll by line, and PageUp/Down scroll by page.
Whatever, the keyboard setup is customisable to suit your own needs. Changing defaults is rarely a good idea. Adding duplicate shortcuts to do the same thing is not quite so bad.
Edit: I see that you're talking about what happens when focus is in the mail list. There, up/down select the previous/next message, while alt up/down scroll the message.
The default shortcuts in the Mail Window context for scrolling the message by page are space and shift space. Try modifying those in the alt pagedown and altpageup
