Using middle mouse wheel scroll is.....not as smooth as expect
Hi,I have checked smooth scrolling.
Don't know why when using mouse middle wheel scroll, the web page scroll very very much un-smooth.
Plus, If I scroll towards of the mouse wheel, the page is not response correctly MOST-OF-THE-TIME to push to upwards
same as if scroll backwards of the mouse whee, the page is not response correctly MOST-OF-THE-TIME to push to downwards.
Any adjustment from any .ini file I can do ?
