Password needs to be at least 5 characters long / does not reset no matter how many characters
Good morning from a sunny South Africa! I have searched the help and forums exhaustively for an answer and Im going dottie!I had to reset my password. Got email to reset and a new password. I logged in perfectly with the new password no problem. Then I go to password reset, enter the current one and enter my newly selected password twice. the new password is 8 characters, letters and symbols long. I get a message "your new password must be at least 5 characters long". No matter how many characters I use I get the same message. I have logged out several times, logged in using another browser, cleared history and cookies, uninstalled Opera and reinstalled and still get the same message every single time. Changed password several times to include/ exclude characters, letters, icons and numbers. Still the same frigging message!
Aaaargh, does someone know how to fix it?
