Enabling right click detection by scripts

I love opera more than all other browsers but what annoy me is opera do not allow detection of right clicks by scripts
I tried going to opera >> setting >> preferences >> advanced >> content >> JavaScript options >> and checked allow scripts detect contextual menu.
lots of thanks

Works for me, generally. For example, on Flickr. Go to an image page, like this one. If the setting is off, right-clicking on the image gives me Opera's page menu (not even an image menu - must be copy-protected somehow). If the setting is enabled, I get Flickr's popup (not a menu in the usual sense) with a list of available sizes and a link to the license terms.

If that works the same for you, then we'll need a specific site which isn't working to try to diagnose the problem.

That Google Images search feature uses HTML 5 Drag and Drop which Opera does not support. Moreover Internet Explorer 9 also does not support Drag and Drop, so it won't work in IE 9 too.

Can't log in there, what's the username and password for the demo?

Did you try that Flickr link I posted?

Maybe somehow you got opera:config#Allow script to receive right clicks disabled?

Preferences > Advanced > Content > Javascript options, he said it was enabled.
