Notes doesn't work

Hello, i love Opera and always use Opera but i have some problems.

Some time before i have reinstalled my Windows XP and then i had downloaded and installed Opera. But in new Opera Notes doesn't want to work.
Look on screen.

Help me please.

p.s. For russian helpers: поставил Оперу после переустановки Винды, а заметки нифига не активны, хотя есть. Подскажите, как их сделать активными. Реал задолбался без них=(

Are you using a customised menu? If so, what happens if you switch to the default menu setup?

Nope. It's original menu but language is Russian.
I have only one customization - Opera 9.5 Standart Skin
Think need to customize menu?

UPD: nothing changes if i switch it to standart skin and English language.

If you open the notes panel, there are notes there?

Do a test: close Opera, rename notes.adr to notes.old, restart Opera. Create a few notes and see if the "insert note" menu works.

After testing, you can delete the new notes.adr and rename notes.old back to notes.adr.
