Incredibar problem

Hi, I want to get rid of Incredibar - it's a pest. Please offer any suggestions you can about dumping this bothersome app. My OS is: win xp, sp3, home edition.

I think this does not have anything to do with Opera. Its an IE toolbar. Opera does not allow these 3rd party toolbars.
