What's the file where I change the accordion menu color from mail panel (all mesages, labels, attachments, feeds...)?

it's the accordion path, the "header" file is the normal, the "hover" is when you pass the mouse on it and "press" is when you press the accordion

There's only one *.ini file under discussion - the one inside the skin file (which itself is a ZIP archive) and is named skin.ini.
