GreaseMonkey script on Opera (doesn't work)

Script in question. It says you can install it on Firefox with Greasemonkey and on Chrome. Seeing how I use Opera I wanted to make it work on opera. I opened a text editor, copy-pasted the code and then saved it as random.user.js. (am I doing something wrong if it shows up as random.user? the .js disappears but shouldn't the "user" part be hidden as well?) But nothing happens. :/

Can someone tell me what went wrong or is the script just incompatible with Opera to begin with? I did assign a script directory too in advance preferences -> content, so it's not like it doesn't know where to look.

Help would be very much appreciated!
