How to force links to open in new tabs?

When I would click on a link in forums or other sites they would typically open in new tabs. Now all links open in the same tab.

Last night I was having a problem with flash player which caused me to have to uninstall and reinstall it. I'm not sure if that is what is causing my problem. I tried reseting everything in opera:config and I tried every every different setting in tabs under settings with no success. Please, before I pull out my hair, could someone share a fix?

Thank You

Can a Mod kindly close this thread. It turns out my pop-up setting was changed to "block all pop-ups." Changing it back to "block unwanted pop-ups" fixed the problem.

Thanks
