Address bar auto-complete dropdown - Show matching Bookmarks links first, then previously visited sites
In pre-11.60 versions of Opera, when I type on the address bar, the auto-complete dropdown shows the sites in my bookmarks near the top of the list. In 11.60, it now shows recently visited websites first, then the matching bookmarked links at the very bottom of the list. How do I revert to the pre-11.60 behavior? I would like to see bookmarks in the auto-complete, before previously visited websites.Recommend Opera to Yahoo! I don't think its possible to change it through some setting. You can disable this opera:config#UserPrefs|AddressbarContentSearch and click save, clean address bar history. But then you will loose the ability to find pages you have visited from the address bar. I hope they change the behavior too

I have to scroll down to the bottom of the list, just to see which of my bookmarks matched what I typed. (The address bar auto-complete list could contain dozens of matching links to what you typed.) The initial implementation (bookmarks first, then previously visited sites) was much better for me. At least, it could be made as an option.

I have another issue with the address-bar autocomplete.
Or maybe I'm just missing a setting?!
If I don't start typing the searched sitename from beginning, I don't get any result.
For example, when typing "face" I get bookmarks from "facebook".
But when typing "book" I don't get any facebook-related bookmarks at all.
FF does that.
Can I set that up somewhere or is it not possible?

I absolutely agree with this. I hate scrolling down to search my bookmarks, sometimes it shows like 30+results and the one bookmark I want is at the bottom:(
Give the latest 12 a try http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/2012/02/10/core-dnt-mail-themes , install it with the usb option into another folder so you don't mix it with the stable. They have made changes to auto-complete and is better.
