A more "modular" Opera customization model.
Currently with downloaded toolbar setups/menus etc would overwrite any section that is the same name, although this is good for people who want to experience a new setup of opera, but what if the user wants just to add the extra functionality of the setup instead?First step to this would be to make it possible to add a new toolbar, therefore having nothing on it, allowing a new degree of customization with more toolbars for a start.
The Second step would be to add an option to either override the setup, or add the appropriate new toolbar sections(from the setup itself, either looking at the toolbar names and allowing editing of it to a new toolbar name, if there are new sections already.. automatically add them) to the standard_toolbar.ini file.
The Third (but probably beneficial step) would be to allow "@include, menu name" as a set of buttons to add to a bar,so it would be possible to add menu items to another toolbar if necessary.
Thats all for now, what do you think?

+1, it would save the re-customization effort after every install.

+1 This has been long sought after since 7 beta first poked its head out of the mothership. And IIRC Opera tried implementing it in one of the beta series, but it was buggy as hell and they gave up.
