I'm in two minds about it at the moment. I used to use Yahoo! Mail a lot. There are free alternatives, why not try AOL, GMX or Hotmail? GMX is superb (I've never even had any spam) & Hotmail has improved hugely.

I now have GMX as my main email and I think it is A1.

For webmail accounts I have GMX, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo Mail. I also still have an AOL account from back in my Netscape webmail days.

GMX is definitely my favourite at the moment. It has the simplicity & generally uncluttered feel that GMail once had, combined with some of the better features of AOL, but more reliable.

For total simplicity, the new Opera mail it's fabulous.

I agree with GMX being probably the best as well.
So, Howie, when are you going to apologise for accusing me of calling you a liar & claiming that I am a Mexican?

It's a bit too simple though IMO.

I'd use any client that allowed me to delete all of my old messages in one fell swoop.

Anybody?

Just use the basic HTML mode for GMail and it works like it's 2005 again. None of that Web 3.2 bloatcrap with "friendly" "fresh" "visuals"

Use IMAP. With the right client you can expunge all your email on all your machines permanently and accidentally.

I use IMAP with GMail on Opera Browser (M2). The new format of GMail is irrelevant so far.
There are still some annoyances in M2 and GMail. I can live with them though.
